PRISM runs 14 deterministic rules against your measurements. Each rule fires only when your numbers cross a threshold that matters for your BPM context. The result is a prioritized list — the issue hurting your mix most appears first.

Crest factor 6.2 dB — target ≥ 9 dB for this BPM profile. Your mix lacks transient punch. The attack is getting buried.
PHASE — Sub-bass correlation
0.48 — below 0.55 threshold. Low end will partially cancel in mono. Check bass layer phase alignment.
MUDDY — Low-mid density
200–400 Hz zone is dense relative to mids. Vocal clarity is at risk. EQ cut centered at 280 Hz.
03 / BPM profiles
Your BPM is your genre context.

No genre dropdown. PRISM detects your BPM automatically and maps it to one of six reference profiles — each with its own set of scoring thresholds. A 140 BPM track isn't evaluated against pop radio norms. A hip-hop beat at 90 BPM doesn't get judged on EDM headroom targets.

Every recommendation is written for Ableton, FL Studio, Logic Pro, or Pro Tools — whichever DAW you've selected. The fix for over-compression in Ableton isn't the same workflow as Logic Pro's Compressor. PRISM knows the difference.
