Common questions
What audio formats does PRISM support?
WAV, AIFF, FLAC, MP3, OGG — up to 100 MB per file. For best results, upload your stereo mix before the limiter.
Is my audio stored on your servers?
On the Free tier, audio analysis runs entirely in your browser — the file never leaves your machine. On Pro, only the extracted DSP features (numbers, no audio) are stored for your history.
When does the DAW plugin ship?
The Pro plugin is in active development. Pro subscribers will be first to access the beta for Ableton, FL Studio, Logic Pro, and Pro Tools. Subscribe now to lock in early access.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. No commitment, no cancellation fees. Cancel from your account settings and you keep access until the end of the current billing period.
What does "BPM-aware profile" mean?
PRISM detects your track's BPM automatically and uses it as a proxy for genre context. A 140 BPM track is evaluated against drum & bass reference points, not pop radio targets — so the scoring thresholds and recommendations are always relevant to what you're making.
